You’ll find a new login button at the top right of our website where you can log into your profile.

Once you’re logged in you’ll have access to 5 key sections of the booking system.

Staff/Booking planner – This is a list of all your upcoming training/exams throughout the year.

Booking Schedule – This is the breakdown of all the students attending training with you week by week.

Students – You can access the student profiles for anyone past & present in the system.

Companies – You can access all the company information that the students are enrolled under.

Each week you’ll receive an email summary of next week’s schedule to give you a heads up on how your week is shaping up. You can also check the schedule any time by logging in & visiting the Booking Schedule.

Once logged in you’ll be able to visit the “Booking Schedule” section of your account to view what’s coming up.

You’ll find a filtered view of your all upcoming training & exam bookings including a the other trainer and invigilators on the course, the dates & days that the students are due on the course & the type of training or recertification they are doing.
