NDT Vision Test carried out on employers template, covering vision test requirements stated in the employers NDT vision test procedure (this may include):
- Ishihara Color Vision Test
Shades of Grey Trade Test
Near Vision Test
Far Vision Test (if required)
Vision Tests are valid for 12 months.

Price is £25 + VAT per vision test.

Self Sponsors – Add your preferred booking date + time, invoicing address and attach your vision test template while booking in (to book in press ‘book an exam), the ATL booking team will issue an invoice for payment upfront before confirming your booking.
Company Sponsor -While booking add your preferred booking date + time, provide a *PO number and company vision test template (if not booked in via Array Training before).
* If you are a valid NDT Service Agreement holder with Array Training put N/A in the PO field to continue.
