Welcome to the Array Training Booking System!
You’ll find the login login button at the top right of our website where you can log into your company profile.

RESET YOUR PASSWORD
If you have forgot your password, click on forgot password where you will be sent an email requesting you change your password.
NEW TO THE ATL PORTAL?
If your not sure you have a company representative account to place bookings on the behalf of your company – email commercial@arraytraining.com quoting your company email address and company name. If there is a main company representative on the system for your company they will be contacted to provide new user permission.
From your dashboard you’ll be able to manage information about yourself, your company, your staff/students and the status of any enquiries and upcoming training for your company.
From within the company profile tab you can manage all the information about your company, how we contact you & what information we will use to invoice you.
From the enquiries tab you can check in on the status of your recent enquiries as well as all upcoming training and exams across the company.
If you need to book an employee in for training course, follow the steps below:
You can book training by selecting popular options from the drop down menu on the website.
>Which should take you to this page: Training Courses – Array Training
>Use the Search function to find the desired booking page
>Click BOOK NOW.
>On the course page, Click ‘Select a date & book’
(Ensure a PO number is available and you (company rep) have logged first).
> On the Booking Request Page, Complete the following sections:
Who you are – Add your details (as the company rep)
Course Details – Double check the right scheme and NDT method has been selected.
Sponsorship Details – Add the PO number / Company Name
Student Details – Search for employee
(you can add multiple employees to one booked if required)
If the employee doesn’t appear, you can add a new employee account by pressing ‘here’
Additional Comments – Any additional information you would like to inform the booking team of e.g. flight times, add on like vision tests, employee is provided their own equipment, medical issues, learning difficulties (medical evidence may be required) etc.
Submit Booking Request – Finish line!
If all information / attachments have been submitted correctly, the booking system will issue the booking confirmation to you (company rep) and the employee directly (via email).
The confirmation will include the employees Joining Instructions, Accommodation List and ATL’s Booking Terms & Conditions.
If you need to book an employee in for an examinaiton or refresher training, follow the following steps:
>Go to the examinations webpage here: All Examinations – Array Training:
>Use the Search function to find the desired booking page
>Click BOOK NOW.
>On the exam page, Click ‘Book an exam’
(Ensure a PO number is available and you (company rep) have logged first).
> On the Booking Request Page, Complete the following sections:
Who you are – Add your details (as the company rep)
Exam Details – Select the right exam type, NDT method and booking type (check the employees certification, results if unsure or phone the booking team on 01224 890806 Opt 1).
Add your preferred booking dates and advise in the area below if refresher training is requirement – confirm the duration/preferred dates.
Sponsorship Details – Add the PO number / Company Name
Candidate Details – Search for employee (you can add multiple employees to one booked if required).
If the employee doesn’t appear, you can add a new employee account by pressing ‘here’
Next, upload supporting documents (please note your booking will be rejected if one of the below isn’t attachment)
Retest Exams – Results Notice
Recertification Exams – NDT certification (and Deferral letter – PCN exams only)
Initial/Re-Examinations – NDT certification or an initial results notice
Additional Comments – Any additional information you would like to inform the booking team of e.g. flight times, add on like vision tests, employee is provided their own equipment, medical issues, learning difficulties (medical evidence may be required) etc.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your training or Exam, please review the ATL Booking Terms & Conditions here:
If cancellation/reschedule charges apply to your booking, please be advised Array Training will invoice charges against the original PO provided for the booking request.
Get in touch with the ATL booking team on 01224 890806 (Opt 1) with your Booking Ref. Number and employee name to hand.
